Oregon Culinary Institute offers campus cooking courses that will exceed your expectations! Our intention is to make your learning atmosphere as relaxed and career specific as possible. In doing so, we’ve developed the following principles for our Culinary Arts programs:
- Your training is, first and most important, hands-on; your training is in cooking rudiments that are relevant to your program.
- Skilled and dedicated instructors are passionate about your success and will take you from convention to creativity with ease!
- Day, evening, and weekend courses are offered.
- Program length will vary and is dependent upon the Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry program in which you are enrolled. Our Diploma program can be completed in 34-weeks and our Associate program can be completed in 64-weeks.
