Class Format

There is no better way to master Culinary Arts than by engaging in hands-on practicum! Kendall College School of Culinary Arts offers training in a full-scale, well-equipped kitchen. Our cooking classes encourage expression of culinary creativity and cooking convention.

  • Program length will vary depending on the Associate or Bachelor degree program in which you are enrolled, and our Certificate students will complete their program of study in considerably less time than their degree program counterparts.

  • Our Bachelor Degree program is completed in 4-years, and Associate Degree programs are typically completed in a little over 1-year to 2-years.

  • Training is hands-on and under the guidance of award winning, expert culinary instructors.

  • A strong academic foundation in leadership and management is incorporated into our curriculum.

  • Externships are available within certain degree programs.

  • Day, evening, and weekend courses are offered.
